If you confirm that an applicant has missed their scheduled shift, you should report them as a "no show" within one day. When you do, the full amount (including wage and service fee) will be refunded to your wallet.
How to Report a "No Show" for an Applicant
- Go to Timesheet and click on Active
- Select the hire and click View Detail
- Click on the 3 Dots icon
- Click on Report
- Type out the details and click Report again
- Reason for reporting the hire: Select "No Show" as the reason for reporting.
- Comments: Include any additional comments or details about the missed shift.
