How to offer shifts to Applicants

1. Go to Applicant Queue

2. Select the right candidate

3. Click Offer Shift

What Happens Next?

• Once you offer a shift to an applicant, they will move to the "Offer Sent" list.
• The applicant will have the opportunity to review the shift and "accept the offer."
• When an applicant accepts the offer, they will automatically be confirmed as "hired" for the position.

Note: You can offer shifts to multiple applicants. The first applicant to "accept the offer" will be confirmed as the hire for this shift.
