How to Reset Your Password From EASE App

To change your current password into your preferred password (can be use when your initial password can not be used), you can click on 'Forgot Password?' link on the right bottom side of your password column.

You will need to fill in your company code, your username and phone number or email address. We suggest you to choose 'Reset by Email' because it is easier After that, please click on 'Reset Password'.

After that, you will redirected to the OTP page, please input the OTP that you get from the email inbox/SMS.

After that, you will have to create a new password. Kindly create a new password that met with the password requirements on the instruction.

If you done it correctly, you will be redirected again to the login page where you can login again!
