How to utilize 'Screening Questions' feature to find a perfect candidate

When you posted a job ads, surely you will expect to find a perfect candidate to fill in the vacancies. Sometimes, the screening process taking too much of your time just to sort and look the resumes that have been sent by the candidates.

On EASE, we added one more feature to help you to filter the candidates to see whether they are suitable for the vacancies. This feature, 'Screening Questions', could be used to ask some more technical-detailed questions related to the vacancies. You can use 'Screening Questions' when you create a job ad, and you can choose whether you would like the candidate answer the question using a multiple choices, checkboxes, or write their own answer on a short text.

By using the 'Screening Questions' feature, you can filter out the candidates by sorted out their answer which will help you to find a suitable one that met the requirement.
